After-sales service warranty

1) We have a one-year quality guarantee. If an internal component fails within one year, we will replace another one for free.

2) We will provide some easily damaged equipment parts to ensure normal operation.

3) If quality problems such as design, manufacturing, functions or procedures occur during the warranty period, Boyu shall bear full responsibility and bear all economic losses caused by this.

4) If there are any other quality problems during the warranty period, Boyu will provide online video services after receiving the buyer's notice within 24 hours.

5) If there are any major quality problems during the warranty period, Boyu will also provide online video services after receiving the buyer's notification within 48 hours.

6) BOYU will provide the buyer with a lifetime discount price, including materials and spare parts used for system operation and equipment maintenance, and guarantee 7-day express delivery.

7) Operation and maintenance training

We provide free operation and maintenance training in the factory, and cover all accommodation costs in China.

We provide 3 to 5 days of engineering support for your work site for operation and maintenance training, but you must pay for accommodation, transportation and round-trip air tickets.
