With closed double-loop hydraulic transmission system and planet decelerator, tension wheel is driven by primary gear. With inversion, the magnitude of reverse traction force is led by exit pressure of pump. In tension condition, hydraulic motor rotation is driven by the tension wheel; the magnitude of tension is controlled by regulating the motor exit pressure.

1. TY1x120III tension machine adopts single axle trailer structure, with beautiful appearance. The front end is equipped with reversible traction tractor, which is convenient for transfer and transportation.

5. The wet brake with friction plate is integrated in the star reducer, which can be free from daily maintenance. Spring braking, hydraulic release, simple operation, short reflection time, can realize gapless braking, safe and reliable. In the shutdown state, it can prevent the running accident caused by the relaxation of the tail line.
